Princess Connect! Re:Dive Tier List (JP server)

Tier list focuses on mid/late game and shows the impact of the character on your progression through various game modes. Assumes Unique Equipment, Unique Equipment 2 and 6★ unlocked (maxed if equipment has TP stats) where possible.

Criteria

Characters are evaluated as such:
  • Battle Arena / Princess Arena (PvP)
    • EX - mode-defining units. Every attack team tries to use their strengths, every defense team tries to counter them
    • SSS - the strongest PvP unit who can be used in attack/defense teams if we forget about broken EX tier
    • SS - core units in top-10 meta teams in PvP
    • S - strong units you will use to build meta teams
    • A - good units you will see in Princess Arena more often (need to build 3 teams there), but require more PvP knowledge
    • B - can be good in baby-PvP or if you know how to use them
    • C - rarely used niche units
    • / - not actively used in PvP
  • Clan Battles (Competitive PvE)
    • EX - the unit who would be used against all bosses in every tier
    • SSS - the most used unit in tier 4 teams in past 6 months
    • SS - top-10 used units for tiers 2-3 blitz hits, and for tier 4 regular and overtime hits in past 6 months
    • S - strong units you will frequently use in CB, who can be promoted to SS and SSS tier given the chance
      Also assigned to units who provide TP bonds
    • A - those units are strong/unique enough to see use every time their kit makes them a better fit for a comp than S tier units
    • B - those units not used every CB but sometimes a part of optimal comps
    • C - rarely used suboptimal/cope units
    • / - not actively used in CB
  • Main Quest / Deep Quest (PvE)
    • EX - the unit who would be able to clear latest deep quest bosses off-element
    • SSS - the strongest PvE unit, allows to clear the most quest stages starting from low levels
    • SS - strong units who are frequently used in any PvE mode: main quest, deep quest, abyss, dungeon
    • S - popular units who see less off-element usage, yet still required for clearing abyss stages
    • A - good, less versatile units, mostly used on-element
    • B - niche units, could be used in dungeon where you always need more teams
    • C - rarely used suboptimal units
    • / - not actively used in PvE
  • Overall Rating
    • EX - not assigned
    • SSS - the best unit in game
    • SS - assigned to 2 (1 phys, 1 magic) best units of every element
    • S - very frequently used units
    • A - generally good units, but have better alternatives
    • B - mediocre units with well-defined niche
    • C - rarely used units
    • / - not used in any content in past year
